These provisions govern every purchase concluded on calmdwell.online, managed by CalmDwell Living Ltd.. Completion of an order constitutes formal acceptance. These conditions must be reviewed in conjunction with our Delivery, Returns, and Privacy documentation.

The goods
Retail merchandise encompassing non-invasive household utility gadgets, domestic storage units, personal time-saving accessories, and structural home organizers manufactured for consumer domestic environments. Respective catalogue entries specify component contents, unit quantities, and physical specifications. Visual media are representative; outer protective packaging may exhibit minor variance.
Ordering and contract
A binding order submission occurs upon final checkout completion. Digital confirmation is sent via email; legal contract execution takes effect upon warehouse dispatch. Orders may be rejected if inventory is unavailable or customer details fail validation, in which case pre-collected sums are promptly refunded.
Prices and payment
Product valuations appear in GBP and encompass applicable VAT. Transit fees are calculated and shown prior to final purchase agreement. Permitted settlement channels: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If a clear typographical pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to rectify it before dispatch and provide options for confirmation or cancellation.
Delivery
Shipping methods, standard transit durations, and delivery fees are published on the Delivery & Payment page. Physical risk of custody transfers to the customer upon item handover.
Product images and colours
Catalogue photography depicts genuine stock items. Screen colour reproduction depends on display hardware configuration, web browser rendering, and surrounding illumination; minor tonal variance does not constitute a defect, nor does it justify complimentary return carriage or financial indemnity. Dimensions, material grades, and package contents are documented on individual product listings.
Transfer of risk
Goods remain under our legal custody until handed over by the carrier to the customer or an authorized recipient at the designated address. At this handover moment, risk of loss or physical damage transfers to the purchaser. Exterior freight damage must be formally recorded with the courier upon arrival and reported to our customer service within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt under terms outlined in our Returns documentation. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all merchandise must conform to description, remain fit for intended domestic purpose, and demonstrate satisfactory quality. Electrical home accessories are covered against component defects for 24 months and carry appropriate UKCA conformity compliance.
- Bespoke, engraved, or customized organizers fabricated to customer-defined dimensions
- Perishable domestic upkeep supplies or consumable items with an expired shelf-life
- Domestic sanitary ware, bathroom storage components, or hygiene accessories with broken security seals
- Items that have been inseparably mixed with other household materials after physical receipt
- Sealed electronic media, firmware updates, or digital storage accessories unsealed after delivery
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under English law, the aggregate liability of CalmDwell Living Ltd. arising out of any order is limited to the purchase price paid for that order or £100.00, whichever amount is smaller. No clause within these terms excludes or restricts statutory liability that cannot be lawfully limited under governing statutes.
Age and use
Purchasers must have reached a minimum age of 18 to submit an order. Tools and organizers must be deployed in conformity with supplied instructional documentation; items do not serve as therapeutic or medical substitutes.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of England and Wales. Should direct communication fail to resolve a disagreement, jurisdiction belongs to the court having competence at the registered office of the vendor, preserving mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your habitual residence.
