Order processing

Transactions confirmed prior to 14:00 on standard business days ship that day. Transactions recorded past cutoff, during weekends, or on public holidays dispatch the next business day. Confirmation with transaction reference issues promptly upon placement.

Tracking your parcel

Upon dispatch from our United Kingdom facility, an automated notification containing your Royal Mail or DPD tracking link is dispatched by email and SMS.

Lost or delayed parcel

Should shipment telemetry show no progression across 5 business days, contact [email protected] citing your reference code. We submit a courier investigation and execute either item re-dispatch or a complete refund, per customer preference, within 10 business days of notice.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect your parcel upon receipt from the courier. If transit damage is visible on the outer carton or contents, record clear digital photographs of the damage and contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Remit physical cash to the courier during parcel handover. Advance payment is not required.

Bank transfer

Direct payment to our registered bank account: routing details appear at checkout and in your confirmation message. Parcel dispatch occurs upon receipt of funds, typically within one business day.

Delivery outside United Kingdom
