How do I choose the correct size organiser for my drawers?
Measure the internal width, depth, and height of your drawer using a standard tape measure. Compare these internal dimensions with our product specifications, allowing at least 3 mm of clearance along each edge for smooth insertion.
What payment methods do you accept for orders?
We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. If you select bank transfer, your order confirmation will display our account details, and items are prepared once payment registers on our account.
What is your return policy if an item does not suit my space?
We accept returns within exactly 30 days from delivery. Items must be completely unused, undamaged, and kept in their original packaging. Please contact our Cardiff support team with your order reference to arrange return authorization.
When does same-day order dispatch occur?
Orders with completed payment verification received before 14:00 on business days are dispatched on the same day from our Cardiff facility. Orders received after 14:00 proceed on the following business day.
